Black Friday 2013: Xbox One deals, sales and coupons

With the Xbox One launching just before Black Friday 2013, be on the lookout for a few awesome Black Friday deals for the Xbox One this holiday season.
Typically, Black Friday deals focus on products that have been on the shelves for a few months and need inventory moved. A few examples of this are the Xbox 360 and Play Station 3. You’ll see tons of bundle deals for both this holiday season.
While the Xbox One is newer and you’ll definitely be paying a premium for it, don’t be surprised if you still find some money-saving deals on the Xbox One from online and offline retailers like Best Buy, NewEgg, Walmart, Gamestop, Amazon and more.

Xbox One Costs During Black Friday

The Xbox One is retailing for around $600 at all major retailers currently. There are a few bundle/package deals out there that will save you a few dollars but don’t expect to get an Xbox One at a ridiculous discount like $299 and be aware of anybody who is promising such a deal.
With demand so high in late 2013 for the latest next-gen console, people are willing to pay such a high price and there isn’t a lot of incentive for Microsoft or their retailers to sell the next-gen gaming consoles at a deep discount for Black Friday.
The bottom line: Expect to pay between $550 and $650 for an Xbox One this holiday season. They are likely to sell out quickly so order them online if you are needing a unit before Christmas.

Black Friday: Best Place To Buy Xbox One Online

With Black Friday and Cyber Monday just around the corner, you have a lot of different options when determining where to purchase your Xbox One from. My personal favorite is Amazon because of their generous free shipping policy and reliability. While other ecommerce giants offer good service as well, Amazon’s still the king of selling anything and everything online and that is true with the Xbox One this holiday season. Amazon will have several thousand day one units available for purchase on Black Friday. Amazon isn’t big on coupon codes for Xbox One but they will offer free shipping on all purchases.

Another good option is Walmart. Walmart’s a trusted retailer for electronics and gaming. Walmart is offering a few discounts on Xbox One units, including bundles. You get an extra controller and a game of your choice along with the console from for $617. It’s a pretty awesome deal considering how much games are running during the holiday season. That is one of the top bundle deals I have seen so buying an Xbox One from Walmart is a nice option to think about.
